Shipping time

After our package is dispatched, it will be received within 3-5 working days in North America, and 1 week in other regions.

 

Customs and taxes

When we ship your item, we are not responsible for it being held by U.S. Customs (which is less likely than winning). If there are customs problems in the sending country (China), we will take all responsibility. Of course, please give us time to deal with them.

 Please note that due to EU policy requirements, all EU countries and the UK need to note your IOSS number when ordering, it will be used when we ship！

After-sale transportation

If your delivery is delayed or anything, please contact the carrier and file a claim. ownwholesale LTD is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages.
